I have been with Goose Creek Property Management going on 12 years. 7 years ago my husband passed away and we live out of town. I was apprehensive and concerned about handling this on my own. However Barbara and her staff have helped me all along the way. No matter what comes up she is able to handle it promptly and with the tenants in mind as well. She has gone way above the call more times then I can remember. I highly recommend her and her staff. Prompt call backs with solutions to the problem what more could you ask for ! I enjoy giving credit where credit is due.

They act really nice up front until you sign a lease with them. Takes them months to fix anything; my repair took 9-MONTHS! If you get frustrated and, politely, show your displeasure, they'll tell you, "to move out if you don't like the place." I was moving from out-of-state and I took the house, however, make sure you shop around or you'll get ripped off. Their houses are generally old and structures are not maintained, period. They'll "quickfix" the property and rent it out as soon as possible without fixing it first. The office staff is quite incompetent and have no customer relations skills.
